Lloyd Grosklags
Lloyd is a seasoned real estate executive with a national track record spanning over 40,000 multifamily units and $5 billion in owned and managed assets. He brings deep expertise across distressed workouts, construction management, LIHTC transactions, and institutional asset operations.
In addition to founding and operating Domaine, Lloyd serves as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University and has held leadership roles across investment, development, and asset management disciplines.
